My name is Jacob Cipriano Mendez. I'm a film major currently at EMU (Eastern Michigan University). So for creative writing I'm supposed to put a little about myself. Well ever since I was 6 years old I knew I wanted to write and make movies. I love to make friends, I absolutely love to write, and I'm always thinking about films, whether that be about watching them, thinking about future movies, thinking back on other movies, or making movies. I've written a few stories and am working on three novels. Making progress on them is entirely a different story. NOW, one thing I am always on top of is my newest project, that being CROSSROADS, a web-series about the origins of superheroes coming together to fight an ultimate threat. I am the Writer, Producer, Director, and I'm also an actor on this rising series. I run three YouTube Channels, two Facebook pages, a twitter and all of it goes towards this series. Along with me I have friends that are not only helping me make this happen, but create it as well. I don't care how long it takes, this will become a reality for me. To be honest there's not much else that's not extremely personal that makes me, me. I basically dedicate my life to God, my filming, writing, and dreams. One day I hope to make myself something of worth. I don't care if I'm famous, but I have to admit I would at least like my work to be.
